For the kind attention of the general public, allottees, and stakeholders of the real estate project “BRAHMA CITY – K BLOCK” situated at Sector-63, Gurugram, Haryana, developed by M/s Brahma City Private Limited. This is to inform that the promoter of the above-mentioned project has applied for a change of the designated RERA-free bank accounts. The project is registered with HARERA, Gurugram under Registration No. 268 of 2017 dated 09.10.2017, further extended vide Registration Nos. 268 of 2017/7(3)/29/2023/06 dated 06.03.2023 and 17.10.2025, and the registration is valid up to 20.08.2030. The promoter has submitted a request for change of the designated bank account details from the existing bank account to a new bank account. The said request is currently under consideration by the Authority. This notice is issued for information purposes only to all concerned parties, including allottees, stakeholders, and the general public in respect of the above-mentioned project.
