Stakeholders’ Consultation Meeting – Tariff Determination for Aeronautical Services at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad (Fourth Control Period: 01.04.2026 to 31.03.2031) Airports Economic Regulatory Authority of India (AERA), Government of India, has issued Consultation Paper No. 02/2026-27 dated 19.06.2026 regarding the determination of tariff for aeronautical services at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad. In accordance with Section 13(4) of the AERA Act, 2008, the proposed tariff structure has been placed for stakeholder consultation. A Stakeholders’ Consultation Meeting will be held in hybrid mode (physical and online) on 6th July 2026 (Monday) at 3:30 PM at: Stakeholders Room, 3rd Floor, Udaan Bhawan, Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi – 110003. All stakeholders including passengers, passenger associations, general public, airport operators, airlines, industry associations, cargo service providers, ground handling agencies, and fuel farm operators are invited to participate and submit their suggestions, comments, and views on the proposed tariff determination. Participants attending in person are requested to confirm their participation by 5th July 2026 via email with name, contact details, and vehicle number at the official email addresses provided by AERA.
