A public notice has been issued regarding a property measuring 6.53 cottahs along with a three-storied building situated at 50, Ramtanu Lahiri Sarani (formerly Premises No. 23A/42/4), Block-C, New Alipore, Kolkata – 700053, Ward No. 81 under Kolkata Municipal Corporation, P.S. New Alipore. Mrs. Indrani Bose and Mrs. Debjani Ray, daughters of Late Rahul Kumar Nandi, have claimed ownership of the said property and have agreed to sell and transfer the same to the prospective purchaser. Any person having any right, title, interest, claim, charge, mortgage, inheritance, sale agreement, development agreement, lease, trust, or any other encumbrance over the aforesaid property is requested to submit objections along with supporting documentary evidence to the undersigned advocate within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.
