Yudhvir Chhikara. The entire agreed sale consideration has already been received by the seller; however, she has failed to execute the Sale Deed despite repeated requests. Accordingly, the general public, property dealers, brokers, investors, financial institutions, or any other persons are strictly cautioned not to enter into any transaction including sale, purchase, transfer, mortgage, lease, or creation of any third-party interest in respect of the said property. Any dealing with the property shall be entirely at the risk of such persons, and the client shall not be responsible for any consequences arising therefrom.
