This is to inform the general public that the client of the undersigned has executed a Memorandum of Understanding dated 05.06.2026 for the proposed purchase of agricultural/land property bearing Khasra Nos. 33, 33/1, 33/2, 33/3 and 33/4, measuring approximately 15,000 sq. yards, situated at Village Shahbad alias Mithepur (Sajwan Nagar), Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The said land is being represented for sale by Mr. Shiv Raj Singh Butola, legal beneficiary under a Will dated 09.06.2016 executed by Late Sh. Pooran Singh Sajwan, the original owner of the property. All persons, institutions, or authorities having any claim, right, title, interest, mortgage, lien, charge, tenancy, dispute, court order, injunction, or any other encumbrance over the said property are hereby called upon to notify the undersigned in writing within 30 days from publication of this notice.
