A public notice has been issued on behalf of Sri Chinta Sasidhar regarding the loss of original title deeds of a residential property bearing Municipal No. 8-2-293/82/FII/A/32, situated at Film Nagar Co-operative Housing Society, Hyderabad. The original title deeds, registered under Document Nos. 1168/1992, 2157/1994, and 2951/2007, were reportedly misplaced during the shifting of residence in 2017. Despite extensive efforts, the documents could not be traced. A complaint was lodged through the Telangana MeeSeva/E-Seva Portal and with Banjara Hills Police Station, following which a tracing certificate was issued confirming that the documents could not be recovered. The property has since been mortgaged in favour of SBICAP Trustee Company Limited, acting as Security Trustee for State Bank of India and other lenders, through a registered Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deeds dated 30 March 2026. Any person who has found or is in possession of the original title deeds is requested to return them to the undersigned advocate within 14 days from the date of publication of the notice. Failing this, the documents shall be treated as irretrievably lost, and any misuse may attract appropriate legal and criminal action. State: Telangana
