India Shelter Finance Corporation Ltd., Registered Office: Plot-15, 6th Floor, Sector-44, Institutional Area, Gurugram, Haryana-122002, acting through its Authorised Officer under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest (SARFAESI) Act, 2002, has issued demand notices under Section 13(2) calling upon the borrowers and/or guarantors to repay the outstanding dues within the stipulated period of 60 days. Since the borrowers failed to comply with the demand notices, possession of the mortgaged immovable properties has been taken under Section 13(4) of the Act read with Rules 8 and 9 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002. The public in general and the concerned borrowers are hereby informed and cautioned not to deal with or create any interest in the below-mentioned secured properties, as the same are under charge of India Shelter Finance Corporation Ltd. for recovery of outstanding loan amounts together with interest, costs, and other charges. The properties involved include residential land parcels situated at Gram Sargaon (Ajmer), Village Kheri (Bhilwara), Dulhepura (Bhilwara), and Agucha (Bhilwara), Rajasthan, along with other mortgaged holdings as detailed in the notice. The total outstanding amounts vary for each borrower account, and continue to accrue interest and charges until full repayment is made. This action has been taken in exercise of statutory powers under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 following non-payment of dues despite repeated notices.
