The action follows the failure of the borrower, Mr. Amit Kumar, and co-applicant, Mrs. Shalini, to clear an outstanding amount of Rs. 24,66,410.99 as of March 31, 2026. The public is hereby cautioned against dealing with this property, and all transactions will be subject to the charge of UCO Bank.
