The enforcement action targets outstanding dues of ₹64,23,789.27 from borrower M/s Jai Jagdambey Trading Company. The mortgaged assets comprise two distinct 66 square meter house plots located in Kailashganj, Etah. The formal demand notice was issued on October 3, 2025, followed by physical possession on July 4, 2026. The bank cautions the public against dealing with these properties under financial charge.
