Aadhar Housing Finance Limited has issued a formal possession notice under the SARFAESI Act, 2002, for three defaulted loan accounts. The authorized officer took physical possession of the mortgaged immovable properties on July 15, 2026. The seized assets include a plot in Shahjahanpur (borrower Aamir Husain, dues Rs. 5,03,930), a house in Shahjahanpur (borrower Ram Ratan, dues Rs. 15,36,698), and a house in Amroha (borrower Mohd Ayyoob, dues Rs. 8,89,552). The public is strictly cautioned against dealing with these properties, which are now under the financial charge of the institution.
