The action follows a payment default by borrower M/s Doli (Proprietorship Firm) and proprietor Mr. Kaunain Ahmad. The total outstanding amount demanded under the SARFAESI Act is ₹28,75,117.26 plus interest charges. The bank took official possession of the mortgaged asset on 11-08-2026 under the Donar (Darbhanga) branch.
