DMI Housing Finance Private Limited has taken possession of five secured properties across Aligarh, Ghaziabad, and Mathura to recover outstanding debts. The enforcement actions follow defaults by borrowers including Raju Sona, Raj Rani, Dheeraj Kumar, Jitendra Sharma, Satvir Satvir, and their co-borrowers. Total individual outstanding amounts range from Rs. 1,15,755 to Rs. 13,27,551. The assets, comprising residential plots, flats, and houses, were seized between 02.07.2026 and 06.07.2026 under the SARFAESI Act, 2002.
