The actions follow loan defaults by multiple borrowers, including Madhusudan Kar, Bablu Thapliyal, Lalit Kumar, Shareef Khan, and others, with total outstanding dues across accounts exceeding Rs. 61.27 Lakhs. The properties—consisting of residential houses, plots, and a godam across Haridwar, Muzaffarnagar, and U.S. Nagar districts—were taken over on July 8, 2026. The public is strictly cautioned against dealing with these properties, which remain subject to the institution's charge.
