Following a default, the account was classified as an NPA on May 28, 2026. The parties must clear an outstanding balance of ₹4,66,10,935.84 within 60 days of this notice, failing which the bank will enforce its security interest on the mortgaged property: a 2391 sq. ft. first floor residential unit at "GREENFIELDS", Faridabad, Haryana.
