This notice informs shareholders of Dynacons Systems & Solutions Limited that equity shares will be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Demat Account.The transfer applies to shares for which dividends have remained unpaid or unclaimed for seven consecutive years, starting from the 2019-20 financial year.To prevent this transfer, shareholders must submit a valid claim to the company or its Registrar and Share Transfer Agents (RTA), Bigshare Services Private Limited, by September 19, 2026.Shares and associated benefits transferred to the IEPF can still be claimed back from the IEPF Authority following their prescribed procedures.
