I, Arshad Lateef, father of Muhammad Hakak, R/o 444 Baghi Mehtab, Srinagar, request correction/update of my ward’s surname in school records of Delhi Public School, Budgam (Class 4th, Admission No. 3858) from “Muhammad” to “Muhammad Hakak” as per official records. Any objection may be submitted to the Principal within 7 days from publication of this notice. After that, no objection shall be entertained.
