IST, in compliance with applicable MCA circulars. The AGM will be conducted electronically to ensure shareholder participation without physical presence. The Notice of the AGM along with the Annual Report for the financial year 2025–2026 will be sent electronically to shareholders whose email addresses are registered with the Company or Depository Participants. Shareholders holding shares in dematerialised form are requested to update their email IDs and mobile numbers with their respective Depository Participants. Those holding shares in physical form are advised to update their details with the Company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, M/s Maheshwari Datamatics Pvt. Ltd. The Notice and Annual Report will also be made available on the Company’s official website, stock exchange website, and CDSL e-voting portal.
