The Office of the General Manager, District Industries Centre (DIC), Budgam, has issued a public notice regarding the proposed transfer and de-registration of an existing industrial unit. M/s Cinnic Industries, I.E. Rangreth, originally registered under the line of activity “Oil Extraction and Grinding of Spices,” has applied for transfer of leasehold rights in favour of M/s Apexure India Private Limited and for de-registration of the existing unit. The new promoter proposes to establish a company under the name M/s Apexure India Private Limited with a revised line of activity including software development, web designing, data processing, cloud computing, and social & digital media marketing. Any individual or organization having objections to this proposed transfer or de-registration must submit their objections to the General Manager, DIC Budgam within 10 days from the date of publication of the notice.
