Uniproducts (India) Limited has issued a notice under Section 201 of the Companies Act, 2013 informing that the Company proposes to apply to the Central Government (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) for approval of the appointment of Mr. Ravinder Mehra (DIN: 00667921) as Whole Time Director designated as Executive Chairman. Mr. Mehra, a non-resident individual aged 70 years, is proposed to be appointed for a term of three years with effect from 1 April 2026, and will be liable to retire by rotation. The appointment has already been approved by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 31 March 2026 and subsequently approved by shareholders through Postal Ballot on 14 June 2026. The application for necessary government approval is now being initiated as required under applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
