Applications are invited for the one-time engagement of Facilitators/Intermediaries on an open and non-exclusive basis for marketing assets and identifying prospective bidders in the liquidation process of Surya Pharmaceutical Limited (In Liquidation). The Liquidator proposes to engage facilitators/intermediaries on a success-fee basis to assist in marketing the assets and introducing potential bidders for the e-auction scheduled on 23 July 2026. The asset comprises leasehold land (90-year lease commencing January 2006) measuring 80 Kanals along with building, plant & machinery, furniture, fixtures, and other movable assets located at Industrial Growth Centre-I, District Samba, Jammu & Kashmir. Facilitators will be responsible for identifying and introducing prospective bidders and facilitating participation in the auction process. A success fee of 1.50% of the successful bid amount shall be payable only where the successful bidder has been introduced through the facilitator and the sale is completed with full receipt of consideration as per applicable liquidation regulations. No commission shall be payable for unsuccessful bids or incomplete transactions.
