I, Adam Zahoor, S/o Zahoor Ahmad Sof, R/o Kathi Darwaza, Srinagar, intend to correct my mother’s name in the Government of Jammu and Kashmir Birth & Death Certificate (Serial No. 285, Reg. No. 12611) from “Nighat Sofi” to “Rukhsana Maqbool” as per supporting documents. Any objection, if any, may be submitted to the concerned authority within 7 days from publication of this notice. After that, no objection shall be accepted.
