In accordance with sub-section (3) of Section 13 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 and Rule 17 of the Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009, notice is hereby given to the General Public that SRND Realconsultants LLP (AAF-1136) proposes to change its registered office from the Union Territory of New Delhi to the State of Uttar Pradesh. The registered office of the LLP is presently situated at L-331, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi-110076, India. The LLP has applied for necessary approval under the applicable provisions of law for shifting its registered office outside the jurisdiction of the Union Territory of New Delhi. Any person whose interest is likely to be affected by the proposed change may submit or cause to be submitted their objections, supported by an affidavit stating the nature of interest and grounds of opposition, to the Registrar of Companies, Delhi (ROC Delhi-I), within 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of publication of this notice. A copy of such objection should also be sent to the LLP at its registered office address mentioned above.
