Indian Oil Corporation Limited has issued a public notice regarding the proposed reconstitution of the dealership of M/s Cooch Behar Petroleum Agency, located at Cooch Behar Town, Cooch Behar – 736101, West Bengal, in favor of the willing legal heirs of the late dealer Dalim Chand Saraogi on a partnership basis. The proposed partners are: Sampat Rai Jain Ashok Kumar Jain Prasanna Kumar Jain Any other legal heir of Late Dalim Chand Saraogi having any claim or objection to the proposed reconstitution may submit their response, along with valid supporting documents, to the Divisional Retail Sales Head, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Siliguri Divisional Office, within 30 days from the date of publication. Claims or objections received after the stipulated period will not be entertained
