have changed my name & parentage from Abdul Rashid Bhat S/o Ali Mohammad Bhat (old Name) to Bhat Abdul Rashid S/o Ali Mohd Bhat (New Name). In future I will be known as Bhat Abdul Rashid S/o Ali Mohd Bhat (New Name). If anybody is having any objection he/she may contact Passport Office, Srinagar within 07 Days. After 07 Days no objection will be accepted.
