NOIDA Power Company Limited (NPCL) has announced that the Hon'ble Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (UPERC) has approved the Aggregate Revenue Requirement (ARR), Annual Performance Review (APR), True-up, and Retail Electricity Tariff for FY 2026–27. Key Highlights: Existing retail tariffs continue for all consumer categories except LMV-11 (3). A 10% Regulatory Discount on Fixed and Energy Charges will continue until the next tariff order. LMV-11 (3) category, covering Public EV Charging Stations, Battery as a Service (BaaS), Battery Charging Stations, Battery Swapping Stations, and State Road Transport EV Charging Stations, will have Time-of-Day (ToD) tariffs with 20% lower rates during solar hours (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM).
