Debasish Ghosh, S/O Atul Krishna Ghosh, residing at 15D (204) Middle Road, P.O. Santoshpur, P.S. Survey Park, Kolkata-700075, has declared that the spellings “Debasish Ghosh” and “Debashis Ghosh” appearing in his documents refer to one and the same person. The declaration was made before the First Class Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, through Affidavit No. 71952 dated 25.11.2025.
