This is to inform that I, Jawaid Ahmad S/o Najam ud Din, R/o Shadimarg, Pulwama, intend to correct my name and parentage in my service records. My correct name is Lavid Ahmad Shah S/o Najab Din Shah instead of Jawaid Ahmad S/o Najam ud Din. The correction is required as per my supporting documents. Any person having objection in this regard may submit their objection before the office of SSP Anantnag within seven days from the date of publication of this notice. After the expiry of the said period, no objections shall be entertained.
