Shri Parvash Thapa, son of Shri Monu Thapa and resident of Tirot Singh Road, near Community Hall, Lama Villa, Block-III, Iewduh, Shillong, has declared that his name was incorrectly recorded as Pravesh Thapa in his Aadhaar Card. His correct name is Parvash Thapa. The correction is supported by an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public, Shillong, on 08 July 2026.
