Khushbu Sharma, W/o Tarun Kumar Sharma, resident of Chhend, Rourkela, Odisha, has declared through Affidavit-A/56 dated 28.07.2026 that her correct name is Khushbu Sharma. Her name was inadvertently recorded as “Khusboo Sharma” in her minor daughter's Birth Certificate. Both names refer to the same person. Henceforth, she shall be known as Khushbu Sharma.
