The declarant confirms that his father’s correct and consistent name is Sk Abdul Kalam, as recorded in Aadhaar. However, in the ICSE Class X (2024) marks statement and ISC Class XII (2026) pass certificate, the father’s name has been incorrectly recorded as “Shri Sk Abdual Kalam” / “Sk Abdual Kalam.” Similarly, the mother’s correct name is Kulsuma Khatun as per Aadhaar, but it is incorrectly recorded as “Kulsuma Begum” in the said academic documents. It is hereby declared that Sk Abdul Kalam, Shri Sk Abdual Kalam, and Sk Abdual Kalam refer to one and the same person (father), and Kulsuma Khatun and Kulsuma Begum refer to one and the same person (mother).
