Chhaban Miya, son of Tamij Miah, resident of Haribhanga, P.S. Kotwali, Cooch Behar, has declared that his and his father’s names were incorrectly recorded in his Aadhaar Card as “Miya Chhoban, S/O Tamij Miyan.” Their correct names are “Chhaban Miya, S/O Tamij Miah.” He has affirmed that the respective names refer to the same persons.
