Shamsa Begum, wife of Mohammad Mustakeem and resident of Madanpur Khadar, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi, has declared that the names “Shamsa” and “Samsa Begum” refer to the same individual. Both names should be treated as belonging to one and the same person.
