Anjita Lama, resident of Darjeeling, has declared through an affidavit that “Anjita Lama” and “Anita Lama Chhetri” refer to one and the same person. The declaration concerns the difference in her name recorded in her Aadhaar Card and her son Vivan Chhetri’s ICSE certificate.
