Womwara Shylla, resident of Lumdiengjri, Shillong, has officially changed her surname from Doome to Shylla. Henceforth, she shall be known as Womwara Shylla for all legal and official purposes. The change has been declared through an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public, Shillong, on 07 July 2026.
