Rifat Ara has announced that she has changed her name from Rifat Jabeen to Rifat Ara and will be known by the new name in all future records and dealings. Any objections regarding this name change may be submitted to the Passport Office, Srinagar, within seven days of publication. No objections will be accepted after the stipulated period.
