Polamarasetti Rajeswari, wife of P. Suryanarayana, resident of D.No. 9-70, Gopalapatnam, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, has officially changed her name from Polamarisetti Rajeswari to Polamarasetti Rajeswari. Henceforth, she shall be known as Polamarasetti Rajeswari for all purposes.
