Description: A public notice has been issued stating that Leksang Chukey, daughter of Sonam Tshering Bhutia, originally from Upper Cart Road, Below Government High School, 9th Mile, Kalimpong District, Darjeeling, West Bengal, and presently residing in Gangtok, has officially changed her name to Leksang Chukey Bhutia through Affidavit No. A 484234, sworn before the Oath Commissioner, Gangtok, on 9 July 2026. Both names refer to the same individual and shall be treated as one and the same person for all purposes.
