Smti. Ribahun Kshiar, wife of Shri Augustin Suting and resident of Umblai Village, East Khasi Hills District, Meghalaya, has announced the change of her son's name from Baksanbha Kshiar to Damanbha Kshiar in his Aadhaar Card. Henceforth, he shall be known as Damanbha Kshiar for all official and legal purposes. This declaration is supported by an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public, Shillong, on 07 July 2026.
