North 24 Parganas, Pin-743286, has declared that his name has been changed from Ataur Rahaman to Ataur Rahaman Dhabak. It is further declared that both names “Ataur Rahaman” and “Ataur Rahaman Dhabak” refer to the same and one identical person, as per affidavit sworn before the First Class Judicial Magistrate, Alipore Court, West Bengal vide Affidavit No. 56097 dated 15-06-2026.
