FARJANA, wife of Mr. Sartaj Ahmad, R/o House No. 2197, Mohalla Munnalal, Post Mawana, District Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, hereby declares that she has changed her name from “Farzana” to “Farjana” for all future purposes. Henceforth, she shall be known and identified as Farjana in all official and legal records.
