It is declared that “Shakeel Ahmad Hajam”, S/o Mohammad Sultan Hajam, R/o Batpora Hyhama, District Kupwara, has changed his name to “Shakeel Sultan”. Henceforth, he will be known as Shakeel Sultan for all educational, legal, financial, and official records. All concerned authorities, including UIDAI (Aadhaar), are requested to update records accordingly. Any objection may be raised within the stipulated time; thereafter, it will not be accepted.
