Sabita Mahapatra, wife of Dipti Ranjan Mishra and resident of Plot No. N-2007, Behind Chintamaniswar Fishery Tank, Budheswari Colony, Laxmi Sagar, Bhubaneswar, Khurda, Odisha, has declared through Affidavit No. 1441 dated 17/07/2026 that her name shall henceforth be known as Sabita Mohapatra for all future purposes.
