Reshmi Chakrabarty, daughter of Late Jiban Chakraborty and resident of Jailkhana Road, Alipurduar, has declared that she has changed her name and shall henceforth be known as Reshmi Malo. The declaration was made through Affidavit No. 12/26 dated 14.07.2026 before the Notary Public, Alipurduar Court.
