Shivji Yadav, son of Late Parmeshwar Yadav, resident of Panchamahala, Mahmuda, Nalanda District, Bihar, has declared through Affidavit No. 1616/90 dated 15.06.2026 that the name of his minor son, previously known as “Prem Kumar,” has been changed to “Preman Kumar.” The affidavit was sworn before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda.
