Arka Fincap Limited has issued a formal demand notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act to borrower M/s Shri Ganpati Engineerings regarding loan default. The institution orders the defaulting parties to pay the total outstanding dues of ₹2,65,44,993.95 within 60 days. Failure to clear the debt will lead to immediate asset enforcement and public auction of their mortgaged Faridabad shop-cum-flat.
