JKDFC has issued a possession notice under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 against M/S New Ghash Enterprises, Ichgam, Budgam, and its proprietor Ghulam Hussain Rather, for default in repayment of a loan. The outstanding amount is ₹1,04,78,576 (as on 31 December 2025), along with applicable future interest. Following non-payment despite the demand notice, JKDFC has taken possession of the secured assets under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act. The secured property includes 10 marlas of leased land at Harigund, Ichgam, Budgam, along with the factory building, plant and machinery, and other fixed assets. The public is cautioned not to deal with the property, as any transaction will remain subject to JKDFC's charge. State: Jammu & Kashmir
