By virtue of the said order, the Defendants namely Surjit Kaur Sayal and Harmeet Kaur Chopra @ Seema Chopra, along with their agents, assignees, representatives, or any person acting on their behalf, are restrained from selling, transferring, alienating, mortgaging, or creating any third-party interest in respect of the suit property, i.e. Ground Floor of Property Bearing No. A-147, Dayanand Colony, Lajpat Nagar-IV, New Delhi, until further orders or disposal of the suit. The general public is hereby cautioned and advised not to enter into any transaction, agreement, or dealing of any nature whatsoever in respect of the said property with the Defendants.
