Nikhil Malo, resident of Dhaldighi More, Gangarampur, Dakshin Dinajpur, has declared that his daughter's correct name is Sumana Malo as recorded in her birth certificate. Due to an error, her Aadhaar card records her name as Maton Malo. It has been affirmed that Sumana Malo and Maton Malo refer to the same individual. The declaration was made through an affidavit before the Judicial Magistrate (First Class), Gangarampur at Buniadpur, Dakshin Dinajpur.
