Jammu and Kashmir Police has issued a Hue and Cry Notice for an absconding accused named Vidhyut Arora, son of Ajay Kumar, residing at Sidra Bye Pass, Jammu. The accused is wanted by P/S Bakshi Nagar in connection with case FIR No. 83/2013 under section 382 RPC. He is described as 5'09" tall with a wheatish complexion and black eyes.
