The Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HARERA), Gurugram has issued a public notice regarding the application for registration of the group housing project "Ashiana Aaroham Phase III" by Ashiana Housing Limited at Sector-80, Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana. The application, submitted on 24 June 2026 under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, covers a project spread over 2.5551 acres comprising 2 residential towers. Interested persons may inspect the application and related documents at the HARERA Gurugram office on working days up to 17 July 2026 (11:00 AM to 4:00 PM). Those wishing to raise objections or make submissions may appear before the Authority on 20 July 2026 at 11:00 AM.
